18-Oct-2025: Sh Guldeep Singh at LAF Centre, took a special lecture on Digital Technology for Senior Citizens. The session highlighted how smartphones, smart assistants, Apps, and smart devices can simplify daily life, enhance safety, and improve connectivity for seniors. Smartphones can easily be used for alarms, camera, GPS, watch, wallets and many more options. The participants appreciated the interactive format and found the tips highly useful. Practical experience can be gained by using like ‘ask weather report’, ‘set medication reminder’ or ‘turn lights off / on’ etc. The programme concluded with an encouraging message that age is no barrier to adopting technology, followed by refreshments.
