Who can become member of the Association?
Any senior citizen aged 60 years or above, residing in or around Mohali (S.A.S. Nagar), is eligible to become a member. The association welcomes both men and women from all walks of life who wish to contribute to community service and senior welfare.
How can one apply for membership?
Visit the MSCA’S OFFICE at Community Centre Phase 7, Mohali on Monday/ Thursday between 10.30 am and 1 pm to submit the form and pay the membership fee. Please bring the following documents: 1. Two Passport size photos. 2. One stamp size photo for Identity Card. 3. Proof of Residency 4. Proof of Age 5. Photocopy of PAN number. 6. Membership Fees.Visit the MSCA office, get the form, fill it, and submit it along with the required documents.
What types of memberships are available?
MSCA offers Life Membership, which grants permanent association privileges. Couples enjoy a concession in the membership subscription to encourage greater participation.
What are the benefits of becoming a member?
Members enjoy access to regular meetings, cultural events, health awareness programs, medical camps, recreational activities, festival celebrations, sports, and other welfare initiatives. It’s also a chance to stay active, engaged, and connected with fellow seniors.

What is the Mohali Senior Citizens Association (MSCA)?
The MSCA is a registered, non-political, voluntary organization that provides a platform for senior citizens of Mohali to come together, share experiences, and promote active, healthy, and dignified living through community service and fellowship.
When was MSCA established?
The Association was founded on March 3, 2007, inspired by Late Shri P. H. Vaishnav, and was formally launched by Capt. Kanwaljit Singh, then Cooperation Minister of Punjab.

The Association organizes meetings, health camps, cultural programs, counseling sessions, and other social welfare projects, including support to orphanages and educational trusts.
