Administration of MSCA
The administration of MSCA is structured to ensure effective governance, wide member engagement, and smooth execution of its activities. It’s governing body comprises elected and nominated members supported by dedicated teams, sub-committees, and area conveners.
Governing Body
The Governing Body provides overall direction, policy guidance, and strategic oversight to ensure that MSCA functions in alignment with its aims and values.
Core Team
The Core Team supports the Governing Body in planning, coordination, and execution of MSCA’s programs and day-to-day operations.
Sub-Committees
Sub-Committees focus on specific functional areas and initiatives, enabling efficient planning and implementation of MSCA’s diverse activities.
Area Conveners
Area Conveners act as the vital link between MSCA and its members across different localities, ensuring regular communication and participation. Through their sustained efforts, MSCA maintains close rapport with more than 2,300 members spread across Mohali, its periphery, and Chandigarh. They establish personal connections with members, distribute Glorious Years (the monthly newsletter), invitation cards, directories, and souvenirs, collect annual subscriptions, promote new memberships, and actively assist in organizing MSCA activities.
Volunteers
MSCA’s volunteers are deeply committed and render their services with sincerity and dedication. The Association places high value on their contributions and warmly welcomes more members to come forward and volunteer.
There is always scope for improvement, and MSCA believes in collective effort and continuous striving toward better service for its members and society.
