20-July-2025: At LIVASA Hospital, a special talk was arranged on ‘Health benefits of Physical Activities’. Dr Ajeet Singh, MBBS, PGDM, having wide and long experience in preventive medicine, shared practical examples of maintaining good health with physical activities. Some good exercises, regular walking, cycling or swimming, etc, result in good sleep, reduce stress/anxiety, improve digestion, control BP and weight, thus a healthy body and active mind. the individuals having cardiac issues must take the doctor’s advice / a 2-D Echo test before any strenuous exercises. The related queries of some members were also clarified to their satisfaction. Healthy refreshment & tea were served.
