1. There will be two groups, first group will be upto 75 years and Second group will be 75+ years.
2. Event will be held if there are minimum four participants, if there are less entries the lesser group can be merged on participants request.
3. Entry fee will be Rs 50 per event. Last date for submission of entries at LAF center is 20th october. 4. A participant can participate in any number of events but he or she will be entitled for maximum three prizes.
5. Entry forms will be available at LAF centre/ community centre phase 7 from 10th October.
6. Chief convener can make changes in the program as per the need of the hour.
7. All International and National level sports-persons shall not participate in the discipline in which they have represented but can participate in all other events.
8. All events will start at 10 am but Mathudoku Sudoku will start at 3pm.
9. In case of any dispute the decision of President MSCA and Chief Convener (Sports) will be final.

The prize distribution function will be held on 2nd December 2025 at Community Center, Phase 7 Mohali.

A Health Checkup Camp for senior citizens with the support of "Gini Health Care"   will be held on Nov 4, 2025.
