The MSCA Head Office at Phase VII serves as the vibrant hub for senior citizens, organizing diverse activities beyond administrative functions. Regular get-togethers, health talks by experts, and awareness programs foster community well-being, while lectures, Tambola games, sports, and festival celebrations keep spirits high. Every event concludes with refreshments, encouraging social bonding. Members enjoy bi-monthly “Mel-Milap” meetings—held on the 1st Tuesday at *Community Centre, Phase-7* and the 3rd Saturday at *Chapter 68*—for lively interaction and entertainment. Year-round picnics at serene locations and international trips (including Nepal, Thailand, Sri Lanka, China, and Bhutan, where members were honored by Nepal’s Prime Minister) highlight MSCA’s adventurous spirit. The association’s monthly newsletter, “The Glorious Years”, enhances connectivity with improved multi-colored content, eagerly awaited by all. The grand Annual Function, hosted in school auditoriums, crowns MSCA’s yearly calendar with celebration and camaraderie.

A library and Allied facilities Centre for Senior Citizens in City Park, Sector-68, Mohali was inaugurated on 1^st November, 2010 by the Chief Administrator, GMADA. The centre is fully equipped with books, journals, news papers, various indoor games and a computer centre for the benefit of Senior Citizens. This has become a full fledged centre for the various activities of the Association.
