The Tambola round conducted by Sh M S Sawhney making it fun-filled as members engrossed for winning dividends. In the health talk Dr Pukhraj Singh Jeji, Sr Consultant Gastroenterology, SHALBY Hospital Mohali,\u00a0shared the basic importance of healthy gut for healthy Ageing. It refers to the balance and function of digestive tract, which impacts digestion and overall wellness. Frequent bloating, gas or constipation, weight loss or fatigue are signs of unhealthy gut. He advised for fiber foods including fermented foods and drinking plenty of water to improve gut health.\u00a0Being interactive session, the talk got more purposeful and enlightening. The Doctor was honoured with memento gift by Sh V M Wadhwa. Members presented some nice old hindi \/ punjabi songs entertaining the audience.
